We will be returning to the UN Ballroom at The Four Seasons for this year's Festive Dinner. Once again, we will also have the adjoining Merchants Hall for our disco and cocktail bar.

Coffee Meets
We meet every Wednesday between 10 - 11.30 at Cote Brasserie in St Katharine Docks for coffee & a chat. No need to book - just come along!

Classes take place in the studio at Fitness First in Thomas More Square every Tuesday and Friday at 10 - 11.
Classes cost £10 each, and need to be paid for as a block, 4 weeks in advance
